- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Salt to taste
- Pitas to serve
- Combine drained chickpeas, lemon juice and zest, 2 tbsp of olive oil and tahini in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
- Serve with pitas drizzled with lots of olive oil.
