Ellorie McKnight writes melodies and lyrics inspired by vast landscapes, wild hearts, and endless dreaming. Her songs are shaped by delicate vocals and ambiguous lyrics which invite wonder and nostalgia. As a fiddle player, there is also a hint of old timey-ness in Ellorie’s creations.
Rob Dickson’s songs emerge from a place of discovery, of seeking solidity and forming identity. Dickson’s lyrics are both narrative and impressionistic, often revealing common experiences in gently transgressive light. The project’s foundation is the pairing of Dickson’s voice along with cyclic and melodic guitar.
