Come on up to the Guild Hall “Other Room” for a night of music (and dancing) from Pan Canadian Bluegrass Band Happy Trails, Prospector.
The night will start with a sit down concert set of bluegrass and oldtime followed a nice long set of country dance music!
Don’t know how to two step yet? Don’t Fret! Sarah will provide a dance lesson between the sets!

Happy Trails, Prospector is a new Pan-Canadian supergroup with members hailing from B.C., Alberta, the Yukon and Ontario, the band brings together some of the most exciting emerging artists in Canadian bluegrass and old-time music. They include Miles Zurawell and Nico Humby, who have toured nationally and internationally with John Reischman, the Greg Blake Band, Jeff Scroggins and Colorado and others; Nathan Smith, the acclaimed fiddle player and singer for the Toronto-based band The Barrel Boys; and brother-sister duo Sarah and Patrick Hamilton who have toured extensively together and on their own in bands, The Done Gone Stringband, Soda Pony, Annie Lou, Pigeonhawk Stringband and The Sweeties. Get ready to enjoy some some hard drivin’ bluegrass, swingin’ country, ragin’ old time and sterling vocal harmonies with these five lovable dorks.
