Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Children’s classes are focused on self defence Jiu Jitsu. A typical class starts with a warm up game, stretching, technique/ drilling, then ends with more fun games! These classes are appropriate for kids approximately 4 – 12 years old.

The 4:45pm classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are most suitable for the 4 to 7 age range. We suggest children 8 to 12 attend at 6pm when possible. The Friday kids class has an open age range.
