Pain Relief 4-Week Series

Persistent tension or pain can get in the way of enjoying life and brain research confirms that persistent pain beyond 6 months can often be caused by a pattern in the brain.

In this 4-part online series you will learn how you can change your tension/pain pattern by retraining your brain. Each week you learn new concepts, build your skills and begin to transform your pain through simple gentle mindful movements. You will begin to regain better control over your muscles by releasing long held tension patterns, supporting easeful function & movement.
