This one was designed with our high energy babes in mind, we’ve included only the best into this one! Some super sassy dance cardio and across the floor progressions, along with tantalizing floorwork and sexy choreography. This is a high energy, heels optional class that will 100% boost your confidence. It’s perfect for those looking for an all around great dance class.

Level: 100 – Alignment, core stability, and endurance are the roots of our dance programs. A great place to start, but the perfect place to be for all dancers. If you are new to moving in heels, a 100 level class is a MUST.
