A chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself. The class is taught with an easy breezy feel, with a focus on poise and confidence. Every class will always consist of a dance warm up, alignment and technique fundamentals, and choreography, the teachers and class style will change. Self-love Sundays are all about YOU, heels are ALWAYS optional, do what serves you best!
