Join certified yoga instructor, Beverley Avano, in a pre-registered drop-in class of Yin Yoga held in downtown Whitehorse.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga which involves holding poses for longer periods of time. It’s appropriate for everyone, but is especially suited for older adults as it targets the fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints and even the bones in the body.
These are great classes for every skill level (no experience necessary!), and they are appropriate for every body and every person.
