This class is very similar to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, only the students typically practice in shorts and a rash guard t-shirt, rather than a Gi. There is also typically a little more wrestling and leg locks due to the rules in tournaments being less restrictive.

The 4:45pm classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are most suitable for the 4 to 7 age range. We suggest children 8 to 12 attend at 6pm when possible. The Friday kids class has an open age range.

Muay Thai teaches combat skills that are good for self-defence along with positive holistic effects like respect, discipline, focus, and confidence. Open to ages 8 - 12.
