Healthy homemade guacamole


  • ● 3 avocados (ripe)
  • ● 1 tomato
  • ● 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • ● 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • ● 1/4 cup fresh diced cilantro
  • ● 1/2 tsp salt
  • ● 2-3 garlic cloves


1.Cut your avocados in half, take out the pit and squeeze the avocado flesh into a large bowl.
2.Using a fork, mash the avocados up until they are soft and creamy.
3.Dice up your tomato, red onion, garlic and cilantro. Toss in the bowl.
4.Juice your lime into a bowl so that you can pick out the seeds, then add roughly 2 tbsp to the bowl with the other ingredients.
5.Add salt to taste.
6.Stir everything up and enjoy!
