(It feels a bit weird to lick your fingers while you’re making these Chocolate poops. Use a dark high-percentage chocolate, ideally locally ground, bean to bar chocolate (from cacao bean to chocolate bar), if available.
Chocolate Poops
Ingredients
- 3 oz dark chocolate
- 6 oz heavy cream
- Candy eyeballs (optional)
Instructions
- Coarsely grate or chop dark chocolate and place in a metal bowl. Place heavy cream in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 30-second intervals, until scalded, and then pour over cream. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until chocolate and cream are fully combined.
- Pour ganache onto a lined tray, place in the fridge until hard, then remove from the fridge and roll into whichever “poop” shape you like. Add candy eyeballs if you’d like.
