Healthy honey mustard dressing

This dressing can be used for salads, or as a dipping sauce. It is super easy and quick to make, and can live in the fridge for up to a week. It is also rich in heart-healthy, inflammation-lowering monounsaturated fats.

This recipe makes roughly 12 servings, but you can make more or less depending on how much you need. All you have to remember is to use equal parts of all four ingredients.

Wouldn’t it be cool if you could buy a cookbook that was customized specifically for you?

Often when we buy a new cookbook, we only end up using a few recipes out of it, then it sits on the shelf and collects dust for years.

I create cookbooks that are customized 100 per cent from scratch. They only include recipes with food you like, and they eliminate recipes that contain your food dislikes, allergies and intolerances. They will also take into consideration any health goals or challenges you are currently facing.

You are guaranteed to get at least 140 recipes total (35 breakfast recipes, 35 lunch recipes, 35 dinner recipes, and 35 snack and dessert recipes). All my recipes are based on whole, unprocessed foods and nutrient density.
